Promoting Interoperability (formerly Meaningful Use)

PCMH Consulting
Our experienced consultant is a certified NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home Content Expert. Our certification results are from consulting, clinical experiences, and continued education including NCQA educational sessions and passing a comprehensive NCQA exam. As with all aspects of our consulting, we are committed to continuous learning and recertification to maintain the expert level and provide outstanding guidance to our clients. We are able to assist with pre-submission audits, staff education, and final submission of the PCMH Survey Tool, as well as renewals in subsequent years.
MACRA/MIPS
We evaluate the impact of the Medicare Payment Reform and Quality Payment Program (MACRA) and its subcomponents Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) and Alternative Payment Models (APMs) on our clients' individual practices. As the MACRA program continues to evolve and develop, our guidance will assist clients in avoiding penalties, pursing incentives and providing the best possible care to their patients. MMCS will also help our clients establish health information exchange capabilities and contacts with Alabama State Agencies to fulfill the required submissions as Agency capability expands to accept data.
NCQA Diabetes Recognition Program
MMCS provides guidance and information regarding measure requirements and documentation to help with NCQA submission. We offer assistance in many formats: in person, by phone and remote visits. We also provide prep tools to evaluate possible results, guidance with purchasing tools, assist in pulling patient data from EMR, review data prior to submission, and assist in final submission to NCQA. Finally we also offer aid in the event of an NCQA audit if you should happen to be audited. Assistance can also be customized to an individual practice's needs.
