To initiate an assessment we usually meet with the Doctor or Administrator and discuss objectives. We review at least 90 days of EOBs from various time periods. We prefer that our work not be announced to involved personnel to protect the accuracy of our findings. An assessment usually takes at least three visits to the practice.
